SlingInk Competition Terms and Conditions

The competition is open to anyone.

Entries should be works of prose fiction in English, no longer than 140 words plus a single word title.

The closing date for the competition is 30th April 2008. Entries received after this date will not be considered.

The winning entry will receive £75.

The judge's decision is final. Neither the judge nor the SlingInk administration team will enter into correspondence with any entrant.

Entries must be the author's own work and not have been published elsewhere.

Copyright remains with the author.

Stories should be submitted as an email attachment to shorts@slingink.co.uk. They should be .doc or .rtf format and contain only the title and story with no name. The filename should be the story title. Your accompanying email should contain your name.
